Devin has a background in biochemistry including analytical software and instrument product management, agile project management, and continuous improvement in the context of instrument manufacturing. He moved to the District with his wife and son in 2016 and he couldn't be prouder of the local public school - a key customer! Devin currently works in a contracts and project management role in Healdsburg, and around Sonoma County. Devin was appointed to the GCSD Board in September 2017 but resigned in April 2020 to prioritize his son's education during the pandemic. He signed up at the Sonoma County Registrar of Voters in the Fall of 2022, and has been back serving the district as a board member since that November election cycle. His term runs through November 2024.

In early September 2023, as a proponent of expanding services including the Town Square idea Devin initiated a GCSD Mission update for collaboratively supporting sanitation with our unincorporated Sonoma County neighbors and seeking to help bring new parks and recreational services to the community. Part of this expanded Mission was adopted by the Board on September 18th, 2023.

In his spare time Devin enjoys public service, riding bikes to Forestville, and working in the garden with his family.
